okay my assignment is to find and close my backdoors!
here is what i got so far and what i have planned to try to close the back
door!
stress - when stress i will try to do something productive to release it! go
for a quick walk/run. lock myself in the bedroom and cry! and or scream at
the top of my lungs - sence i'll have them! or just sing and play guitar!
when i'm down - i will paint that helps in lifting my spirits, go cry, cast a
mediation circle or take a bath with all the works! and cater to myself
boredom - clean something of mine--- i'm a pack rat i got lots to clean! boy
that's just not fun! damn it!
change in attutude - even tho i'm allways told i have a bad attuide i guess i
worried it will get worse. i don't have many friends as is don't want to lose
any more do to my attutude. ummm - maybe when someone tells me i'm being mean
i'll go hit something or throw something walk alone and kick things! it
always makes me mad and agree then stressed when someone tells me i'm mean!
i'm a nice person i sware it!
persuation - being around other smokers - but this i can beat by say no to my
self over and over and going to get a bottled water for a replacement
no reason just giving up - okay i'm stuck on this one someone help me
please!
