Corporate America is an informal phrase describing the world of corporations of the United States. It is frequently used in a negative sense that implies greed and lack of social responsibility. It may also be used in a positive way that implies a productive capitalist society.
While "Corporate America" is commonly used interchangeably with the phrase "Wall Street", it is also sometimes used in contrast, as when distinguishing between the interests, culture, and lifestyles of major Fortune 500 industrial or service corporations with those of investment banks . In this contrast, Corporate America is usually cast as more secure, less cut-throat, but also less renumerative for an employee.
would radio fall under Corporate America... as they also are a group of people who run a company?
