Well I'm sure we all have seen them!
the list to all users eg:
Kudos' to so in so bla bla bla--- and EVERYONE in the market gets that e-mail it's great for you to share the knowledge that way but you don't have to say kudo's to so in so by hitting reply all! if your really thoughtfull about it wouldn't you want to make it more personal. well i stepped out of that zone this week and did just that!
i got a lovely response that floored me.. so maybe we all should try this little extra time to create a NEW message!
I also notice forward e-mails man just make a new one and restate the info! you never know what you can find out if you scroll down in a massage that has been passed on to everyone in the company and finally it gets to you!
lol just make a new one Hey it saves size to!
