what to avoid!!! and my thoughts!


Fermented milk products e.g Cheese, yogurts  - i love cheese but hate milk i could possible cut this out
Spinach - eerrr i just bought some!
Kale - not sure what that is
Aubergine - not sure what that is!
Courgette - again not sure what it is
Leftover meats - i really don't eat left overs anyway!
Tinned tuna -  there went quick dinners
Shellfish - NO Not my crab leggs
Processed meats, sausages, bacon. does turkey count
Fermented Soy products e.g. Soy sauce  -- what about when i get to that age where soy is good for me
Sauerkraut - aww that sucks
Vinegar - eww
MSG - WHAT that helps the joints and stuff if it is what i think it is
Some spices e.g. curry powder, paprika -- some if those are the some the sweet!
Tomato and tomato based products - this is just jacked up!
Citrus fruits (Lemons are OK) - okay
Pineapple - ERRR you bitch
Fresh berries - damn you!
All Alcohol except plain vodka, gin, white rum. Red wine, beer and cider is very high in histamines -- what about reisling????
Also, sulphites
Chocolate - if that's true then i'm screwed next month i just ate a box of cholocolates from belguim!
Cola drinks - that's cool i avoid those anyway
Tea and herbal teas (Coffee is OK) - coffee is okay i'm sure the gallon of suger isn't i can not part with my hot tea.. i guess if it came down to it i would but NOOO
Artificial colouring esp. tartrazine and flavouring --okay i think

this is my diet damn it so i need to eat what now!

MSG is a preservative that they put in food for flavor and to keep. Chinese food has ALOT of MSG in it. Kale is a type of lettuce. Why do you have to aviod fresh berries and fruit? This diet sounds cracked to me!
