Well, I must inform you that I will no longer be posting my photo stuff on this blog. This blog is now my personal blog were I will chat about life in general and other things. You can still follow my work at my new website Prilphoto.com the home page is my blog. Only my super fans will see this blog when they sign in. So it can be a one stop by logging on to prilphoto.com. Don’t worry if I know you I upgraded you as you cannot select that feature.
I am doing a mini launch this weekend with some strangers. I’m interested to see how many people I can drive to the website to sign up. I will be doing a show at middlebelt flea market this Saturday maybe Sunday. I will be offering free head-shots to drive the traffic to my website where they will obtain their photograph. I will also be selling my framed fine art photography. I will also have some jewelry on hand with the mama’s table. Once I work out the kinks in that I will have a full launch the following week. I will request that you help spread the word.
Other news, Image theft it’s a big deal I guess. One of my older friends stole work from me months ago I thought we were on a verbal agreement that we could use each other photos because they were of each other. I guess I was wrong we ended up fighting about it and we don’t talk anymore. If you do it I’ll do it to, well maybe she thought I forgot about it. The bitch posted more of my work on her Deviant art page so instead of me being spiteful or going to a level of kids play and doing the same I just reported her. Yesterday I received an e-mail stating she had to remove the image. She must have been mad because she erased her account. I can’t help but feel tickled inside. She claims a different story on her final notice but that’s okay with me. Now she has her own website and facebook pages so I have to keep an eye on that. Her website is a free site so she still had those nasty terms and conditions to follow. I did see one image I took of her on there as she is claiming her own. So I have reported it again I have a feeling this will be on going. What does she think I’ll forget … umm maybe she didn’t know me as well as she should have. Facebook is also the same way they will remove her account if she uses other peoples stuff and claim it as her own. Most people get away with it. They won’t do anything unless a complaint is made. But that was my bitter sweet story. Amazing how miscommunication can ruin a friendship but in hines sight it’s for the best I don’t want a friend that shady.
