So I’m getting into my 30’s nicely. Oddly when I was younger I thought that people as they aged would be different. For sure by 30’s you wouldn’t feel the same as you did when your 12.  Really now I think different I don’t think we feel different as we age our bodies just age. But our minds never really do... Or they do and I don’t see it. Maybe it’s more of a feeling. Who knows?

My work people made me feel special, my friends and family all did as well. Got a free lunch and a red lobster dinner they did sing and that’s nice I thought they only did that for younger kids.  And I even more so didn’t get dessert so they wouldn’t sing. Low and behold we get bisque with candles on it. In place of dessert. Thank you red lobster for being DEAD last night!  He he he.  But I ended up getting a few things some frames and letters and vases…  And my big gift from my sweet husband is our class for our CCW. It’s only 1 day 8 hours and 100 bucks. So it’s not too bad and to legally carry a hand gun mainly when we backpack and to protect our home and to get me through the ghetto.

New Year goals are going well I suppose. This week I had no choice but to socialize due to my birthday, so that is for done for the week and any extra will be pure joy!!!  I didn’t cook at all this week but I’m hoping to make 1 dinner this week if not tonight then weekend time.  But I did ended up doing something I have been putting off. The cats litter box detail clean. Normally I just scoop out the old and toss new in well at least ones a month I like to empty the whole thing and wash it.  It wasn’t really that bad. My art/ photography is going well, I haven’t done much photography this winter. Some just not really feeling it. Plus I have a lot of older content that has yet to be seen by the public. I did enter  the one show. (find out more at prilphoto.com) Also entered a couple free contest on line public vote… I don’t think I’m winning yet because my facebook friends are not helping me out as much as I wish they would. Either way I guess I’m at a better start than I thought. Remember these goals are not to start off this year like this but to end. So I can slowly build that habit!

I feel like I need to mention me trying to have a baby. I am stepping that up a notch or two.  Even broke down and got the OPK. So hopefully that will help pin point ovulation.  I am keeping a log of all my efforts using video. Most likely will not be sharing that!  But I feel it’s good for me to remember things.  Who knows though if time permits I might do a montage of TMI for everyone! LOL

Off to take care of things. Come on spring winter is killing me here.
And FYI this just in according to the 89x radio station Monday is the saddest day of the year people say because the holidays are over and the drudge of getting back to work and the next vacation is oh so far out.. WHAT I get the day of I’ll be happy! LOL
