Most of you know me by now. I start something and sometimes HUGE sometimes finish it most of the time it gets pushed aside for something else that is all "New". I have noticed a few things that have came back.. a few times. Well I haven't wrote in a while so let me get you up to speed.
HEALTH
I miss tapping at tap class not sure if it's the tapping i miss or seeing my friend Sarah. Either way I didn't take the class in hopes to be knocked up. Well that's not the case. And I should let something like that stop me from doing something so healthy for me. However it does work out perfectly. My friend Sadie is doing yoga starting this week she was to do this with her mom but poor mom hurt her foot :(. So I get to jump in bit sweet i guess but I'm freaking GEEKED that I get to hang out with my girl Sadie for 10 weeks doing something Healthy!
I also have been tracking my food intake and all movement / Exercise on livestrong.com website. My profile is here . The cool thing is I got my mom to join the site too and she is starting to be motivated to take better steps with her health.
Eating habits are key. With mom and dad both having blood-pressure/heart issue. I think i can figure out why.. and I see me following the same trend. This has got to stop. Sodium will kill you... ;) If you look at my charts you will see that my sodium intake is almost doubled of what should be. sort of freaking me out a bit. So for the next few weeks I'm some what mindful of what I'm eating but not to much I do want to see what my normal eating habits are first. before i start making changes to it. The sodium is a huge red flag and might not be considered to wait.
Get up move will ya already. Yoga will help me wanting to move again so I have been on the WII fit plus for about 2 weeks now or longer. I try every day.. but I normally have one day a week i don't log onto the wii... But the web site linked above is my latest crave..(beat's smoking!!!) Join if you want just make the crap public so i can pick on you!!! ;)
EXTRA
Got to be in a movie last week as an extra. The movie is called "SLAB aka ARKHAMS HARVEST" The movie it self is well really freaking wrong and nasty i'm sure it will be banned in the US if it makes it that far. The opening scene is a slaughter scene everyone in the bar dies. And we were in the bar. I died by an axe straight down my skull. Frank got the ball shot.. It's some great times. A ton of waiting and I hate that but at least it wasn't like waiting in line. We got to see other parts of the film getting produced with some of the actors. Makes me want a real part in a movie to say the least... Over all it was fun I'll be sure to keep you posted on the showing of the movie as well!
Baby info
Well no luck for me as stated above but my friends are popping out like crazy. Layla is a wonderful little girl of Beth and Larrys. We got to see her early last week. Chris and Tara had their twins I haven't followed up with them yet she was a little early. Pete and Tina had their baby a few weeks ago. No one told us. WTF
Not to sound rude but that's all I have kept up with. but I'm making healthy changes in my lifestyle in hopes that maybe that will increase my odds. Who knows not worried at this point.
Kevin Parker
My dad has this friend a close friend I consider them aunts and uncles. Well Kevin was taken from Denis and Annette a few weeks ago. It was all sudden. He was younger than me loved playing guitar and was going to specs he had so much passion for film and music. We did have the memorial thing for him yesterday it was a little rough watching his family be all sad. It was great to see some long time friends but all on a sad note. I really do hate that. but the coolest thing that could come from this did. Kevin gave 5 people a new attempt to life. 3 of those people who used an organ from Kevin where in Michigan and were direct doners. This is uncommon sometimes you get 1. But there were 3 and we met 2 of them last night.
The family received a Madalena for their son's help to these people. If you get a moment take a moment and share some thanks for those 5 people! I think that is what is helping the Parkers get through this difficult time.
this week
Well this week will be a fun fun week.. not really. Frank gets to go to florida. I told him it's going to be nice here and he should stay home. No go work needs him. lol but this will get me some time to catch up on me time. so in a way i'm somewhat excited.. but i'll be missing him like always.
