Day 1 (Rented Camera)

Yesterday I was able to pick up my new camera!!! Canon EOS 60 D. I didn't read up on it to know anything about it I sort of like to wing things. Well I had the batteries all charging and extra CF cards ready to go for the weekend. Well this camera don't use either, they supply me with the battery of course and it's charger. and don't supply sd cards. Wow did i get lucky or what.... I have a crap load of SD cards. So it all worked out.

The screen is bigger and turns and it's pretty sweet. The images are awesome but so is the lens. Took me a few to get use to being behind the camera too relearning all the buttons and learning some new ones. Manual mode all the way right!!  auto mode isn't to bad but I love to control the functions it, I forgot how much I knew in the past.  Yet lots more to learn.

This is Wyandotte at night no tri pod 2500 ISO shooting through a window. Turned out great I think at least the colors this is no editing or touch up or any post processing.
(not bad!!!)

It's exciting to have a camera again.. some of my inner thoughts are going a little crazy. Anyway I'm just touching in because I'm on the pc.   I got to run only have the camera till Tuesday!
