- Goal: prep for the backpacking trip in 36 days!!! :) to work out 3 times a week on the stepper and to eat lighter meals
- Motivation: the backpacking is motivation, this thing pending if i can figure it out, plus it goes with my life goal of having a healthy life style
- Rewards: other then the normal rewards i will set time a side for me to do NOTHING for 20 minutes each week that it is completed!
- Obstacles: getting up earily when i go to bed late ( don't go to bed late) lack of motivation, giving up on it, lazyiness,
- Quitting urges: I do not quit i just put things off for a while! this will not happen! (sence i have been doing this sort of off and on 2 days a week one more day! if anything i will not get my reward.
