Names have been changed to save my butt!

so this dude we will call him Dave he is a sales manager. he manages 5 humans i think! When ever any leads come in Dave gives it to the one dude we will call him Martin well Martin is doing GREAT at his job and he is good! I feel special treatment on Martin because i don't see anyone else getting these leads and praise... How is that fair.. I feel bad for the other 4 humans who work here and bust butt to get nothing!
