It is smiling at you!!!!!!!

What would the best way to celebrate Independence day…?  My answer is using your independence to move your life to the next step.  My next step in my life is this house!!!  As of 7-2-2013 I signed papers stating I’m going to buy this house… I get to move my mom in too! So that makes me happy!

My loving husband has spear headed this house project so wonderfully I feel I owe him something special! So I’m currently on a mission to think of something special to DO for him so I might pamper him something special this weekend!!!

Okay about the house, well it is huge almost 2400 square feet 5 bedroom and 3 full baths with 1 shitter in the laundry room. It is blocks away from down town Wyandotte .

 Some of my favorite features of this home are:

The bathrooms OMG I have some sweet bathrooms. I love them all my moms bathroom is pimp and is one of my favorites the tub comes up to my chin if I lean back I’ might be under water.. lol How pimp is that. I haven’t taken a bath in almost 8 years or longer… I can’t wait to soak in a candle light bath with a jets running and that tub might not be as deep as my moms but it has jets and is in the master bedroom!

Next would have to be my kitchen the space of the kitchen and the potential value of this kitchen if I wanted to add an island or more cabinets I can.. but at this moment it’s perfect. Comes loaded with everything but a fridge. Microwave and stove and the dishwasher doesn’t have the thing that goes up the middle so my largemouth bowls finally have a place to get washed other then me doing it!

The space as a whole is another favorite part of my home but my porch is also on my top list. I can’t wait to get a swing and people watch from my porch.

If you look at my house on google maps you will not see this cute home smiling at you. You can see the one that was there but this house is fully remodeled and is like new. WOW that is another top feature that I love about this home.

I also need to give credit to the builder, his work is GREAT!  Good quality not cheap stuff. I’m sure I’ll have some complaints but I haven’t moved in yet.. lol

Really the only thing I don’t like about this house is no basement but who really needs a spot to collect clutter.. maybe me a pack rat. But I am trying to remove myself from un needed clutter so I can free up space for new stuff.

This looks like the same back yard that I have at the other house. but trust me when I say it's much larger than what it looks. and no that's not the real wood that's that trex stuff! but real wood on the ceiling!  SWEET!
